The Quickset Longnetting System
All our longnets are 2 1/8" knot to knot and have two yards of netting for
every yard of set. ie a 25 yard net has 50 yards of netting. They are double knotted for extra security and have a double
selvage top and bottom for longativity.
This is our own method of setting longnets single handed, developed over
a number of years by us and fully protected by law!The nets are set onto grp pegs spaced at five yards apart and contained
in a carrying "basket".Each section of net is permanent set (tied in bag). Using this system, one person can set longnets
at walking pace. These nets are as seen on Clarissa and the Countryman and are used by the warrener in his ltest videos and
articles to name but a few.
The Quickset Longnetting System comes in a big box ready assembled. All
you have to do is take it out the box and use it!!
